A Note about Online Returns
- We are happy to exchange or replace defective items within 30 days with an original receipt, but under no circumstances do we offer refunds.
- An exception to this is that the purchase of items sold here on consignment (on behalf of other owners) are sold "as is" with no return privileges.
- Another exception to this is the purchase of items from the Bargain Bin. All Bargain Bin items are sold "AS-IS" and are non-returnable.
Returns for Online Purchases
- If you are not satisfied with your purchase, items are eligible for return (or replacement where possible) within seven calendar days of delivery. Please contact us to request a Return Authorization form.
- Used items must be returned the same condition as they were received. Any additional signs of use, wear, damage, missing parts, etc. will result in a deduction from your refund.
- Brand-new items must be returned in brand-new condition. Any signs of use, damage, missing parts, damaged or missing original packaging, etc. will result in a deduction from your refund.
- Our outgoing shipping costs (even on items sold with free shipping) will be deducted from your refund unless the item(s) you received were not as described or damaged during shipment.
- "AS-IS" items are not returnable. These items are generally non-functioning items that may or may not be repairable or used for salvage parts.
- Some items are not returnable if opened, including personal items such as harmonicas, microphones, earbuds, etc. Also, any item that requires installation or assembly, such as pickups, stands or benches, once opened are no longer returnable. Any software or recording gear that includes software is not returnable once opened.
- Please note that unhappiness with an item's overall quality will not be considered a product defect as there are many quality levels of products available. If you have any question about whether or not a product will meet your quality expectation, please call before you order. - All Bargain Bin items are sold "AS-IS" and are non-returnable.
A Note about Online Returns
- Returns are the most expensive part of any online business. To help us keep prices competitive, should you have any questions or curiosity about a product's specs, compatibility or quality level, please contact us before you place your order. We want you to be happy and excited to get your new item, and a quick call or email may go a long way to ensure that happens so you don't have to spend time trying to ship something back . We also ask that you do not place an order with the intention of returning it. If an item needs to be returned because it's actually defective or damaged, contact us to discuss the resolution as these cases will be handled differently than basic returns.
