When will my item ship?
- Buyer adds listing-specified or quoted shipping amount to the purchase price. Shipping amounts listed (including any “free shipping” offers) are only for the “Lower 48” continental United States.
- Orders are normally shipped within one business day. That said, orders for strings, cables, sticks, and some other parts & accessories are subject to availability and may take a bit longer. We will notify you if there are unusual or unexpected delays in shipping that require more than a few days.
- All items are available for local, in-store pickup unless otherwise specified. You can avoid all shipping charges if you would rather pick up your item at our store in Topeka, KS. We could also arrange for pickup at our store in Lawrence, KS.
- If you need it in a hurry, we can quote next-day or 2nd day shipping in most cases. Contact us for rates.
- Please note that many items cannot be shipped to P.O. boxes. A physical address is always preferable.
I live outside the Continental United States. Can you ship to me?
- In most cases we can ship our merchandise anywhere in the world. However, shipping will be extra and all duties and taxes will need to be paid by the customer upon delivery. Please contact Online Sales for shipping quotes and coordination prior to making a purchase.
- New Mesa/Boogie products CANNOT be shipped outside of the United States - WITHOUT EXCEPTION! Buyer must reside in the U.S., have a U.S. shipping address, and provide a U.S.-based method of payment.
- Some large or overweight items may not be able to be sent internationally due to shipping size restrictions put in place by the respective shipping companies.
- It is important to note that import duties, tariffs and taxes are not included in purchase pricing or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibilities. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding or buying. These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick the item up – do not confuse them for additional shipping charges. We WILL NOT alter any information on bills of lading, customs documents, or any similar items related to international shipping.
What will shipping cost me?
- Shipping costs within the 48 contiguous United States are automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information.
- If you live outside the continental United States or if you would like expedited shipping, please contact Online Sales for a shipping price quote prior to making a purchase.
Will my package require a signature?
- To ensure that your package is delivered and received securely, we typically require a signature upon delivery for most orders valued over $250. If you feel this will be an unnecessary inconvenience for you, please contact us before your order is shipped.
When will my item ship?
- Orders placed before 9:00 AM CST on weekdays will usually ship the same day. Orders received after 9:00 AM CST on Friday will ship no later than the following Monday. If there is ever a situation where we cannot ship your item according to these guidelines, we will contact you.
